Bryan E. Kuhn is a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado who has his own private law firm that specializes in business and employment law.
During his 20+ years in private practice, Mr. Kuhn gained in-depth experience with business and employment litigation in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court, Colorado Court of Appeals, Colorado State District Courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and numerous county and municipal courts; Mr. Kuhn has been the lead attorney in hundreds of civil cases and/or commercial arbitrations.
Mr. Kuhn has represented thousands of clients during his career and has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants during 100+ mediations or settlement conferences.
Mr. Kuhn has completed mediation training offered by the Colorado State Bar Association and Court Mediation Services.
He has extensive experience at drafting and reviewing a wide variety of legal documents including, but not limited to, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, trademark applications, buy-sell agreements, incorporations, employment contracts, by-laws, corporate resolutions and minutes, asset purchase agreements, bills of sale, stock purchase agreements or transfers, non-compete agreements, settlement agreements/stipulations, joint venture agreements, employment and severance agreements, consultant contracts, commercial vehicle leases, work for hire copyright contracts, among many others contracts or legal documents.
Bryan received his B.A. from Carleton College, his J.D. (law degree) and M.B.A. from the University of Denver, and his Master of Science in Global Finance (M.S.G.F.) from New York University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
Bryan is fluent in written and spoken Spanish and has considerable experience with international business matters.
Bryan has also been an adjunct professor for the University of Denver Daniels School of Business MBA program and at Westwood College's MBA program.
